Good morning...Just got in from riding 3 miles today..got 2 miles in yesterday.
It is more humid today...and you mid-westerners know about humidity. UGH! The temp. was the same as yesterday, but so humid my tee got soaked from riding. Food has been good..except that darn little cup of ice cream yesterday. At least I did keep it little. I am dreading going to LV all ready...it is over 100* there. Yikes! The reason we usually went in the winter. :) Okay...gotta go dust and clean bathrooms. Tackled Mt. Washmore yesterday and really have a few pieces to iron. (not lifes biggest highlight!) |

Nuttin much going on. Was up bright and early this morning so I could get things done. Now everything is done and I am bored, lol! Doing a load of laundry now. I'll find something to do today...walking sounds good I guess, lol. Haven't walked the last two days because I have been busy. I know...no excuse. Should make time for it. But I figure if I get at least 3-4 days a week I am good. I aim for more but it doesn't always happen. Just depends on what is going on with the day and how tired I am. Anywho... SUE...wtg on your biking! I was out early this morning and saw several people biking...was the perfect time. Kind of foggy though. Now the sun is shining and it is going to be in the 80's! Don't blame you for not wanting to go to Vegas with those temps. SASSY...I remembered you missy! :D Just losing my mind, lol. Hoping you have a good day today! :hug: JULES...that looks like a cute movie! Thqt may be the next one we go see. There is a movie called Joshua coming out soon that I want to see. I like scary/weird/messed up movies sometimes, lol. Did you guys make it to the carnival? PINKJANE...WTG on your treadmilling! :carrot: :carrot: JODI...our state fair isn't much but it's something to do. We always seem to go on the days they are having the band competitions, not planned, just works out that way. Last year was the first year we actually went and stayed most of the day and really enjoyed ourselves. MARTI... how special...your son will be happy to have you at the graduation. Now, has Jhanai met him before? Bet that was something to get together, you must be proud! Hope you took some pictures to share! Hiya everyone else :wave: Not sure what I will do today. Spend some more time on the 'puter and wait for the well guy to come. Haven't heard one way or the other if they are still coming or not. Last I heard they would be here today...we'll see. Well, I'm ONE pound away from my most recent goal of 40 pounds down! ;) And the best thing is that I've been having grad parties! :) Thursday for my sons JR HI grad and Yesterday my daughters highschool one. I went to Mexican on Thursday late like at 9pm and had shrimp (I heard that's the best choice at mexican restraunts) and I had a salad with that! And then last night I had a BBQ here and had a chicken salad first and just a FEW tortilla chips and then had my cheeseburger without the bun and toppings....just salt and pepper. And I was down both mornings! So I"m happy about that...surprised but happy! Anyhoo....i'm gungho to finish this out...to the end and then continue by keeping it off! Well, I want to do individuals but my son is having 25 kids over here today to swim in about 2 hours so I"m off to prepare for WAR! hahaha! Naw...really it'll be great! So.....one more down to make small goal and then the next will be to get into those 150's. :P I'm enjoying this ride for sure. I love now that people are noticing my achievement. I even had my 14 year old son ask me how much I had lost because he thought I looked thinner. :) Yeppers! Have a good day ladies. I"ll try to get more individuals maybe by tomarrow. And can you guys keep voting for brit?
