Morning all....Quick hi as I head for the door. Errands to run and things to do. :)
I walked 2 miles last night and biked 2 miles this morn. Have had knee issues for a few days...but seems better today.

Just a flyby. Things are calming down in my life. I have been battling a little bit of depression (which with the dose of antidepressants I am on I can't understand) but I think it is just the stress getting to me. My daughter turned 14 over the weekend and school is out tomorrow at 1:30. Just got to keep the kids busy until the end of the month. I have some dog sitting jobs to do in June and then on the 30th (our 17th anniv) we are going to TN for a whole week! When we get back we will be into marching band season, so it will be hectic until Oct when marching band season is over.

Jodi- Nice to see you...and I do hope things are calming down for you. Marching band is a BIG thing in Indiana isn't it? Does your school go to the State fair? I have been to band day a time or two...had a good friend who's daughter marched.

Not lots going on here...we are needing that rain Jane...sorry you are tired of it. Did my running today then just a bit of housework. Watered plants and pulled a few weeds. Watched the movie "Because I Said So" with Mom. Funny, chick flick. Watched "Failure to Launch" yesterday. Cute too.

Going to LV next month to finalize the SELLING of our property. YES! It sold!!

I hope to get up and ride in the morning....and hope I can eat as well as I did today. Someday a pound will drop............haha.

Okay...I am the only one with NO LIFE and able to post all the time.

Just wanted to say I rode 3 miles on the bike this morning. I ate Cheerios after my ride, so breakfast was light. (w/skim milk)
Watermelon will be my snack/lunch here in a minute since we are going for any early dinner. I already know that I will have a big salad and a cup of soup for dinner. Hopefully if I change my mind I can change it to something equally low calorie.
Looks like rain and we need it!

Hello ladies...

Busy day yesterday. Was on the computer long enough to sign in and then realized the time, lol. Busy day today too!

DD and I went to see The Waitress yesterday afternoon. It was good, and funny. It was kind of sad at the the same time. The one girl, Adrienne Shelley who wrote the movie a while back and was trying to sell was killed not too long ago. So sad. She finally gets her movie sold and some dummy kills her. Her little girl was in the movie as well. It's not a movie for everyone but we liked it.

Did the Wally World thing this morning. So tired. Woke up at 2:30 and could not go back to sleep, ugh. I hate when that happens because then I am a grouch the rest of the day.

Didn't get a walk in today but there is still time. Did get in a 3 mile walk yesterday and a little over 2.5 the day before. Was on a roll for sure. Need to tally up my miles for the month and see how much I did. I know I didn't make my 50 mile goal because of the week my back was out but I think I did okay.

Sue- yes last yr was the first yr that we went to state fair. I was disappointed at the space they have to perform there. I thought it was going to be a big deal, and it just wasn't. My husband and I hadn't been the state fair since we were in high school and dating, so my kids had never been before. The fair didn't live up to all the hype either- lol

Last year though the band made it to regionals and so we got to go to Chesterton in Northern Indiana. So marching band has taken us to places we have never been before. It's interesting to see all the other school's shows too. I got to laughing last year because the yr before was our first yr so we didn't know anything. Then last yr we thought it was like Nascar or something, we knew the bands and who was going to beat us and who wasn't- lol.

Pink jane-you are doing great on the treadmill. Both my kids are big Johnny Depp fans. My fave has to be Benny and June.

Jodi--the state fair sounds fun. We are taking DD's new bf's 3 year old to the carnival tonite if it doesn't rain.

Sassy-hope you are doing well!!

Cristina--The Waitress does look good. DD and I want to go see "Knocked Up" Teri says Dave wasn't a one night stand but she got "knocked up" fast herself. It should be funny.

Sue--yay on the LV property selling!!

Boy....I've been so busy that I just haven't had time to pop in. DD had her last choir program the other night and her last band recital last night. And tonight we're heading off to go to my son's graduation!!

Pretty excited. Been 7yrs since I've "seen" him. Jhanai is so excited that she can burst. It'll be a fun reunion.

Ok.....I need to shower and get out of here. Just wanted to let you know I haven't gotten lost.
