After sort of lurking these boards for the past week just reading about Sugar Busters I have a few questions. Is this the same as the Low GI plan that I saw being discusses in another section?
Also,
I'm italian. My blood runs marinara sauce LOL. But my question is, about pasta. Are you allowed like whole wheat pasta or multigrain pasta? I've had them and enjoy them and would replace my normal pasta with it permanently if its allowed.
