Sugarbusters Weekly Exercise Board 11/6 to 11/12

  • Friday- Ramp it up(strength, cardio, toning)
  • Friday- Walked on treadmill.
  • Friday: walked at the park on the trail...about 1.5 miles...pushing Kaeleb in his stroller.
  • Sunday: 30 minute walk - it is cold, but sunny and clear- very nice out!
