  • Walked (outside, gorgeous day!) 45 minutes. With hills!
  • Monday- Walked on treadmill.
  • Walked to the lighthouse and back...about 6.5 miles!!
  • Monday- 1 Hour water aerobics class, 30 minutes bellydance video
  • Tuesday- Walked on the TM.
  • 20 min. spin, 25 min. strength training.
  • Monday- 3 mile WATP(45m)
    Tuesday- Walk n Kick(30m, intervals)
    I may do a 30 minute video this evening if I feel like it by the time I get home.
  • Thursday- Walked on treadmill.
  • Tuesday- 1 hour water aerobics

    thursday- 1 1/2 hours water aerobics
  • 20 minutes elliptical, 25 min. strength training.
  • wednesday- 2 mile WATP
    thursday- 2 m deluxe
    friday-skip
    saturday- planning on doing my new turbo jam
  • Friday- Walked on the TM.
  • Tuesday: Hiked to the top of the mountain and back...about 45 minutes.
  • Wednesday: about 30 minutes of walking
