Sunday- Walked on treadmill
Monday- Walked on treadmill |
Monday- 4 mile WATP

Monday: 15 minutes water aerobics

Tuesday: 40 minute walk
|
Tuesday- Ramp it Up- strength training
|
Tues.- Walked on TM
|
Tuesday-1 hr ballet
|
Wed. - Walked on treadmill
|
Wednesday- 3 mile WATP- I put a little extra "bounce" into it and sweated it up!

Monday, 1 mile on :tread:
Tuesday, 1 mile on :tread: Wed: 45 minutes at the gym |
Thursday: 35 minute walk
|
OOps late! Wednesday-2 mile walk!

Thursday: 20 minutes of water aerobics
|
Thursday- 2 mile deluxe(a little more intense than the WATP because it has more aerobic moves so you actually reach 2 miles in 25 minutes).
