  • Sunday- Walked on treadmill.

    Monday- Walked on treadmill.
  • Tuesday- Walked on treadmill.
  • Did Curves Monday and Tuesday. (I'm going slow since I was just cleared for exercise Monday after my hyster.)

    I forgot - I also went swimming for an hour Monday at a friends house with the kids. That counts, right? LOL
  • Tuesday: 20 minutes of water aerobics
  • Wednesday- Walked on treadmill..
  • Curves again today I'm only working out at about 60% since I'm post-op, so I'm going more days. When I can work out at 100%, they recommend I skip a day in between for muscle recovery
  • Wednesday: 45 minutes of water aerobics
  • Thursday- Walked on treadmill.
  • Thursday - Curves again today
  • Monday- 20 minutes body sculpting followed by 2 mile WATP(50 m total)
    Tuesday- 3 mile WATP
    Wednesday- 2 mile WATP
    Thursday- 2 mile deluxe
  • Thursday: 45 minutes of water aerobics
  • Friday: 25 minute walk (this same route used to take me longer than 30 minutes! wow...I am getting faster!)
  • Friday: 20 minutes of water aerobics
  • Friday - CURVES and I'm going for a walk while the kiddo's ride their bikes tonight. They already "scheduled" it .. LOL
