  • Monday-- 1 hour at Curves.
  • Monday: 30 minutes of water aerobics
  • Monday-- PM, Buddy and I walked 2 miles.

    Tuesday-- Walked 4 miles with my Buddy.
  • Tuesday: 45 minute walk
  • Wednesday-- 1 hour Curves.
  • Wednesday: 30 minutes of water aerobics
  • Wednesday: 40 minute walk...last 5 minutes were jogging

    PLUS, another 30 minutes of water aerobics
  • Thursday: 3 mile walk
  • Thursday-- Walked 4 miles with my Buddy.
  • Friday: 45 minutes of water aerobics
  • Saturday: 30 minute walk in the early morning
    Two sessions of water aerobics for a total of 65 minutes
  • Sunday: 60 minutes of water aerobics
  • Sunday: 15 minute walk after dinner
