I am having a terrible time with meals. We spend most days on the run and have to eat out. When we have time for restaurants it's ok but there are several meals a week when we have to grab fast food. It is so difficult to stay SB on the road! We've tried packing lunches but it's difficult as well to stay away from the carbs. I would great appreciate any and all suggestions.

Ann...most fast food places have salads these days. Or you can get a burger or chicken sandwich and take off the bun (the old Atkins trick) or Wendy's has chili...just some ideas. OH...and Subway has the low carb thing...not the greatest SB-wise, but it'll do in a pinch.
