I decided that I want to try a different approach, so this is what I have been doing since Saturday. I am following SB, counting my WW Points {portion control is a HUGE issue for me} and eating evey three hours. I feel like I have more energy, so far and know that the SB way of eating is totally liveable for the long haul. I am a sugar/carb addict, and doing WW alone, I can easily fill my Points with junk food. Since I have lost most of my weight, except for the 20 I gained back
