  • Monday: three mile walk, 70 minutes worth!
  • Monday- Ramp it up(strength training video)-40 minutes. It's actually 47, but the last 7 are yoga stretches. I'm just not a yoga-type person so I always skip this part.
  • Monday evening: 20 minute walk to lower the bg levels.
  • Mon: 1 hour water aerobics
  • Tuesday: Light upper body workout (I really need to get regular with weight lifting...so someone kick me now and then on this!)
  • TUESDAY: 40 minute walk (two miles)
  • Tuesday- 3 mile WATP(45 min video)
  • Tuesday: Mowed the lawn with the push mower
  • TUESDAY: 25 minutes of water jogging after dinner
  • Wednesday- 20 min light body sculpting and 2 mile WATP video(50 min total)
  • Wednesday: 45 minutes of water aerobics
  • Thursday: 45 minutes walking...to breakfast and back. With my favorite neighbor even!
  • Thursday- Walk n' Kick video(30 minutes)
  • Monday-- 1 hour Curves
    Tuesday-- Walked 4 miles with my Buddy
    Wednesday-- 1 hour Curves
