  • HEY! Where are you, you BUMS!

    Monday: Upper body weight lifting workout 15 minutes
  • Tuesday: 1.825 mile walk. (checked it on gmap.com's pedometer!)
  • Monday-- 1 hour Curves, walked 2 miles with my Buddy.

    Tuesday-- 1 hour Curves.

    Wednesday-- 1 hour Curves.
  • Wednesday: lower body workout...just about ten to fifteen minutes max...trying to get back into the workouts with weights.
  • Thursday-- Walked 3.2 miles with my Buddy.
  • Thursday: 1.75 mile walk
  • Friday-- 1 hour at Curves.
  • Saturday: 2 mile walk around Columbia
  • Sunday: 1 mile walk, then another 45 minutes strolled around the state capitol grounds in Columbia
