  • 1 Hour water aerobics
  • Monday--45 minutes, Curves.
  • Monday: Walked the dog for about an hour for approximately 2 to 2 1/2 miles.

    Tuesday: Walked the dog for about 3 miles.
  • Monday-- P M --Walked 1 mile with Buddy.

    Tuesday-- 4 circuits at Curves.

    Wednesday-- 4 circuits at Curves.
  • Wednesday: Walked the dog for about 2 miles!! 154, here I come!!
  • Walked all the way down to the boat launch and back...for a good 3 1/2 miles or so!!
  • Thursday-- 4 circuits at Curves

    Friday-- 4 circuits at Curves
