  • Monday. and EFX machine. 30 minutes of wt training.

    Tuesday, 16 minutes. Will get to the gym later tonight.
  • Tuesday, evening, 20 minutes on EFX and and 40 minutes of leg machines.
  • Made it through water aerobics, even though I didn't feel like it at all
  • I'm posting on the exercise board!!

    Walked the dog for about 2 1/2 miles. Absorbed many rays of UV in the process, too! :
  • Kids and I walked the dog for a little over 1 mile!
  • Wed....55 minutes of wts for chest and back.
