Tuesday- 1 hour water aerobics and 20 minutes on the eliptical. Boy do I feel wobbly right now!! time for lunch...

Tuesday-- 26 minutes upper body on the TBT.

Thursday: Walked in the office park with Laura while Tom jogged. We did not get much in, but it was better than nothing.
