Monday, 70 minutes of cardio: 20 on , 10 on , and 15 on EFX machine. The rest on lower body wt machines.

Tuesday- 1 hour water aerobics and 20 minutes on the eliptical. Boy do I feel wobbly right now!! time for lunch...

Thursday: Walked in the office park with Laura while Tom jogged. We did not get much in, but it was better than nothing.

Wednesday, 60 minutes at the gym. 20 cardio and the rest weights.

Thursday, 15 minutes of and 2 sets of wall squats

Friday, 16 minutes on and 2 sets of wall squats.
