Monday- 30 min elliptical/ 30 min treadmill

Tues- 30 min watp for abs/30 min upper body weights

Wed- 1 hour step cardio class at the gym
|
Thursday- 1 hour step/weight class at the gym

I walked Wednesday evening - had a total of over 12k steps for the day. |
It has been lonely in here this week. :(
Friday - 30 min walkblaster |
Saturday: 1.5 mile walk.

Sunday: 2 mile walk
