Wednesday evening: Went for a 1.5 mile walk with my son. This was AFTER my Wednesday evening glass of port...amazing! In addition, I probably got in over 7000 steps at school today. I forgot my pedometer, but I have been averaging 7500 most days that I teach...

Just got in a bit ago from a 3.8 mile walk. And silly me forgot my pedometer!

Have any of you checked out Google pedometer? Its pretty cool! You can zoom in, hybrid the map and put markers along the route you walk and get the mileage.

Thats a cool site Monet. They dont have my whole neighborhood in though. I was gonna check it out and it stops at my street. This whole area is new over the past 5-7 years. Darn it.
