Default Ooops, I posted this thread in the wrong spot
But I was wondering if Kashi Heart to Heart cereal is ok for SB? 5g of sugar.

SB as in Sugarbusters? The old book says no more than 3 grams of sugar per serving, and I believe the new edition says 5. Check the ingredients list and make sure it does not have any grains that are not allowed, like corn.

Rats, it does have corn. And "evaporated cane juice" which I'm guessing is just a warm and fuzzy way of saying sugar.
