Monday-- 10 minutes stretches, 43 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.

Tuesday--45 minutes stationary bike = 16 miles, 10 @ full tension.
Walked 1.5 miles.

Wednesday-- Walked 2 miles.

Tuesday... 21 minutes of treadmill and 20 minutes of weights.
