Monday- 30 min lower body workout

Monday--12918 steps on the pedometer. 30 min. strength training with weights.

Mon: 30 mins treadmill
strength-training circuit, and 11 off circuit machines bowled 3 games |
Tues.- Walked on my TM today...

20 min upper body weights
15 min slim in 6 |
Tuesday--13004 steps = 5.5 miles of walking.

Tues: 30 mins treadmill, 50 crunches on ab lounger
|
Wed. Walked on TM....... Yippee
|
Monday-- 10 minutes stretches, 43 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
Tuesday--45 minutes stationary bike = 16 miles, 10 @ full tension. Walked 1.5 miles. Wednesday-- Walked 2 miles. |
I keep forgetting to post here.
Monday. 20 minutes of treadmill Tuesday... 21 minutes of treadmill and 20 minutes of weights. |
Wed: 40 mins treadmill
50 crunches on ab lounger bowled 3 games |
Wed- 20 min cardio

Steps today--Wednesday--15557 which is 6.6 miles.

Thursday- Wow I did it four days. That was my goal. I walked on my TM and did my little hand weights. Yeasterday I went over and checked out my friends gym she started and worked out a bit there. Hope I can get over there today....

Thursday-- 10 minutes stretches, 31 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT
20 minutes stationary bike = 8 miles |
WED... 20 minutes on TM and 25 minutes of wt training for legs.

Thurs: strength training circuit, 11 offcircuit machines, 5 min elliptical warm-up.

Thursday-
20 min upper body weights 15 min slim in 6 |
Thursday--12881 steps = 5.5 miles walking. Thirty minutes weight training with machines. My DH was my trainer. :)

Monday- Nothing
Tuesday- church workout(lots of leg exercises like squats, kicks, lunges) some body sculpting Wednesday- 3 mile WATP Thursday- did Leslie Sansone's 2 mile deluxe walk and church workout(used a good bit of step this time, used weights, but skipped other body sculpting) Friday- Nothing Saturday- Probably will be total body workout(body by jake)about 45 minutes(uses weights and squats, lunges) That's all the exercise I will get until next Wednesday! |
Thursday.. 20 minutes on TM. Makes 4 times this week. Will try to do the same on Sunday.

Friday-- Walked 3 miles

Sat: 60 ab crunches
43 mins treadmill |
Saturday--15803 steps, which is 6.7 miles.

Sat: also bowled 4 games
Sun: 43 mins treadmill, 60 ab crunches |
Friday & Saturday- days off
sunday- 20 min upper body weights ( and thats with being sick with a bad cold, I just took it easy and worked slow, but I got it done) |
