That made 5 days of exercise last week.

Cindy- in response to your question about weights, yes, I do get some weight training in during the week. On Tues and Thursday, when I teach at the church, I always use the weights after our cardio workout. Then at home, the Slim in 6 uses weights, and sometimes I do a video called Total Body Workout(Body by Jake) that uses the weights alot during the majority of the workout. Too bad I ever let myself get so fat in the first place, because if it weren't for this loose skin, I imagine with all the working out, I "should" have a nice body, lol.
