Mon: strength training circuit, 11 off-circuit machines, 35 mins cardio
Monday--12367 steps and 30 min. weight training with my trainer.
MONDAY: 20 mins on the Airdyne; walked about a mile and a half
TUESDAY: 20 mins on the Airdyne; walk about a mile and a half

Monday..
17 1/2 minutes of :treadmill: and 15 mintues of wt trainings (arms)
It's a start. Shooting for 5 days this week.
Tuesday- 45 min watp ( 4mile)
Tues: 40 mins tm and 50 crunches on ab lounger
Monday-- took the day off for my birthday, and of course dh was in a hurry to get into town.
Tuesday--45 minutes stationary bike =16 miles, 10 @ full tension
Wednesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 45 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
Monday- Nothing!
Tuesday- did 3 mile WATP and then taught a great workout at church(50 min. cardio) followed by body sculpting
Wednesday- Ramp it Up(45 minutes from start to finish)
