I did it I did it..... I got on my treadmill and walked today. It was so hard cause its been so long... Yippee!!!!!

Monday-- 10 minutes stretches, 40 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT
20 minutes stationary bike = 8 miles

I can't beleive I'm actually remembered to post here. Got 1 1/4 on the TM and 20 minutes of wt training. 1 day down 2+ to go to meet Monet's challenge.

Tuesday-- 45 minutes stationary bike = 16 miles, 10 with full tension.

Editing to add evening exercise, 30 minutes stationary bike = 11 miles!!

Wed. Walked on my TM this morning. Yippee!

Jack-K and Teensy- Way to go. We're going to meet Monet's challage this week.... We can do this.

Wednesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 40 minutes Simpe 7 Circuit, TBT
20 minutes stationary bike = 7 miles....1 mile slower than normal.

Got in 16 minutes on the TM before my bunco last night. Hope to make it once or twice more this week.

Mon: TM 30 mins
Thurs: gym, 20 mins cardio(TM and elliptical), strength training circuit, + 8 off-circuit machines

Hooray! I am finally posting on here!

Did my treadmill for 22 minutes, and got in a little over a mile!

My steps so far for today are 6,824. I think the pedometer is set wrong, and I put it on late, so maybe I have done ok for today....

Friday-- 11 minutes stretches, 27 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
2 minutes Orbit Trek......this is really hard, it is going to take awhile to work up to a full work out. It really seems to work my upper thighs and gets the heart a pumping!!
