Default What does a typical day of eating look like for you?

I'm just wondering about everyone's eating habits and what they do to remain low/no sugar?

Here's my typical:

Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ natural peantubutter
Lunch: Sandwich on whole wheat w/ salad or Veggie soup w/ salad
Dinner: Fish/chicken/steak w/ veggies (no corn or potatoes) and a salad
Snacks: Fruit and nuts

Is this the typical for everyone or are you more adventerous than I am?

Default Hello All...

I a week and a half old to the fourm and I'm havin fun!

I started SBD April 23rd (I think) and I did not feel real good the first 2 weeks. I had to start a multi-vitamin. I feel good now. I'm down 15 lbs and I feel like I could even be down another pound...I will weigh in tomorrow a.m.

I'd love to hear how others are doing on the SBD. I'm happy with it.
