Monday-- 10 minutes stretches, 28 minutes upper body TBT!

Monday - 5 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, and 30 minutes treadmill
Wednesday - 5 minutes on eliptical, upper body workout and 30 minutes on treadmill
I hope to get to gym again today and Saturday.

Thursday: 5 minutes eliptical, lower body & 20 minutes on treadmill

Thursday - off circuit strength training, 2.75 miles elliptical
Fri - strength training circuit, 2+ miles elliptical
