  • Monday-- 10 minutes stretches, 28 minutes upper body TBT!

    Come on......Lets shake those booties!!
  • Tuesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 34 minutes lower body TBT.

    Come on......it's lonely over here!!
  • Wednesday--10 minutes stretches, 29 minutes upper body TBT!
  • Monday - 5 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, and 30 minutes treadmill

    Wednesday - 5 minutes on eliptical, upper body workout and 30 minutes on treadmill

    I hope to get to gym again today and Saturday.
  • Thursday-- 10 minutes stretches, 31 minutes lower body TBT.
  • Thursday: 5 minutes eliptical, lower body & 20 minutes on treadmill
  • Wed - 1.5 miles treadmill
    Thursday - off circuit strength training, 2.75 miles elliptical
    Fri - strength training circuit, 2+ miles elliptical
  • Friday--10 minutes stretches, 28 minutes upper body TBT.

    I am done for the week, and off for the week-end!!
