Doug, please do join us on the SB WEEKLY SUPPORT BOARD where we tend to congregate and more people will see your question. Just click the link below:

From my point of view and what I find locally, I don't do oj, better to eat an orange, but otherwise, fresh is best. Pasta sauce, there's many, just have to check the menus for added sugars, but if you don't see any listed, but still see sugar grams, that's naturally occuring. I like ENRICOS but also buy HUNTS sometimes, among others depending on what's on sale and the ingredients. Catsup, I LOVE WESTBRAE'S UNSWEETENED KETCHUP

Hi. I've been on SB for five days and have lost three pounds. Sweets were a huge problem and my craving has almost been eliminated. This, I hope, will become a new way of eating for me.

I do have a question about bread. Can you please suggest any "normal" supermarket brand bread that is legal? I've read all the labels and the whole wheats and seven-grain breads seem to contain sugar, molasses or honey. I'd appreciate any advice or points in the proper directions.

I am not very good at this, but Nature's Oven Lo-Carb comes close.. But that bread does have crystalline corn frutose.. I do not recall if this is acceptable with SB..

I think some of your co-op and or whole foods type stores may have whole grain breads made without sugar..
