After you've read the book . . . come on back with any questions you may have . . . you might want to raid the local library for other low GI/GL plan reading too.
also reading the book this side. will let you know how i get on and thoughts on it when complete...actually got into the book after stumbling across this post:
Sugar Busters Diet, which got me interested in the whole Sugar Busters concept in general.
Starting Sugar Buster in the morning. Gained 60 lbs over past 2 years due to an illness. Have since found out I have an autoimmune disorder that is effecting thyroid, joints & muscles and energy (adnrenal) finally feel 50% better and ready to shed this horrible reminder of this illness and start living again!
I have had success with Sugar Busters in the past. I met my goal weight. 2 weeks later, I found out I was pregnant. I sometimes had a queasy stomach, and I ended up quitting the SB way of eating and ate whatever I wanted. After baby, I had a few extra pounds, but excused myself from dieting because I was nursing...lol. Anyway, now I am heavier than I have ever been, and getting back to the Sugar Busters way of eating. Hoping to connect with others who are trying to lose weight as well.
