Hi TN!

Bread, part of the starchy carb group should be limited to 2-3 as per SB "rules", but I dobelieve, for those who have a lot to lose that this can be increased a bit.

Salad dressings, just make sure there's no added sugars, but SB rules state you can eat a serving of anything that has 3 grams of sugar, or less. BUT, in saying that, do remember not to over due it with the dressings if they are full of fat, use sparingly, moderation is always the key

Mayo is fine, again, watch that you don't over due it. Bacon, I use the SF Gwaltney's.

Nothing needs to be low fat but again you don't want to be eating a ton of high fat foods.

Please join us over on the SB WEEKLY SUPPORT BOARD. We start a new board each MONDAY and they are dated. Just make sure you use the QUICK REPLY box at the bottom of the page, or hit POST REPLY, just not new thread. The gals will be more than happy to help answer any questions you may have AND BOB will be happy to see another TN gal on the board!!!

GOOD LUCK!

Debbie
