I belong to my local YMCA and they are hooked into Fitlinxx.com.
The machines at the Y are linked into a computer system that keeps track of your work and you can also add other things to it, like classes, lawn mowing etc. You can access it from online. I'm not sure but I think you can use it to keep track of your own exercise.
