I am not really well versed in SBD, but what I have skimmed on it shows that the first phase is Atkins, and the second phase is Sugarbusters. How I wish I had thought to combine the two and make a mint on it. Consequently, I have a negative feeling towards SBD, cause I hate when others rip off someone elses stuff.

Dried fruits are allowed on SB, but you need to watch the portions. Its easy to over do it.

You will find a lot of SBers in the weekly support thread. We usually just do replies, instead of new threads. Come on in, and meet the group. Its a great one!
