Can anyone share some of your meal or snack ideas? Ex. - For breakfast today I had 2 fried eggs, a piece of pumpernickle bread(is this SB legal) and a glass of milk. For lunch I just ate cheese and triscuits. Then for supper I had fish fried with whole wheat flour dipped in SF bleu cheese dressing. My only snack today was a few Russell Stover sugar free peanut butter cups. Is this on the right track for a SB day?
