Not familiar with this product, other than seeing the name. I looked on their website-what product are you interested in using. For instance, they say the drinks, are low in sugar-what's low?? Why do you want to consume this-in place of eating a meal?? You are far better off eating real food than this, but if it's something that falls under the SB guidelines and you need the added nutrients, you can try it and see how your body reacts.
As for Splenda, PERSONALLY, I try not to use it. I'm sure in very small amounts you won't have trouble, but I used it in a dessert, at the whole thing and had a nice gain on the scales. It has maltodextrin in it, which is high on the GI. You can try Stevia Plus instead -I cut out all aspertame as well, was doing a number on my brain cells!
If you'd like to ask the board a question, make sure you hit REPLY instead of post-maybe some of the gals on the regular board can give you better insight.
Good luck!
