Full of malitol and sorbetal...if you must have chocolate, buy the LINDT 60% or 70% big bar...you can usually get it for $1.99

If you can't find that, look for any gourmet bar that is 60% and up in cocoa content.

That sugar free candy is in the trash this morning.......it was the same as eating regular......it spoke to me in it's box all day and all nite long!!!! I will look for the chocolate bars maybe......

Thank you BOB! I've tried those sugar-free wafers and they DO NOT agree with me at all! However I did get some exercise running to the bathroom!
