DId my 4.5 miles in 50:05, good time for me in general, esp. with it being so hot still here AND with breaking in a new pair of running shoes Good way to start the week!
I will not be exercising till further notice. I have severe "Vertigo" symptoms that are not going away as fast as I have hoped. As soon as I feel better, I will start logging in again.
Tuesday- Walked 2 malls and completed all my Christmas shopping. Didn't break too much of a sweat but I figured I could count the distance as something!
Wednesday- 3 mile WATP . I wanted to make sure I got a good workout in to make up for Tuesdays *exercise*.
