Default Cholesterol

I have been on Sugar Busters for about 3 months. I just went for my yearly physical and my blood pressure was down and I had lost 15 lbs from my last visit. However, my cholesterol was up from 200 last year to 250. Now what do I do? I love the diet and otherwise feel great.

ETHF, I'd post your message on the SB WEEKLY SUPPORT BOARD. I personally can't comment why this may be happening, but maybe some of the other gals on the board can give you a bit of insight on what may be going on.

Possibly, have you increased cheese or other higher cholesterol foods? Did you possiby eat something with more cholesterol the day before you went for your Dr. appt?

Please join us on the other board, we'd love to have you!!!

Debbie

Thats weird cause I have serious heart problems and my cholestrol is high because of heritary. Its been up in in the 400's and with SB is has stayed good. It might be what you're eating.
