Wow, I hope to one day spit out a Twix! Seriously, They are like my favorite candy bars and can never turn one down which is why I stay away from them like the plague!

I cleaned out my pantry yesterday and went to the grocery. I was so proud at how many fresh fruits, veggies, and whole wheat that I bought. Now I just have to find a plan that I can stick to.

way to go on the whole wheat, fruits, and veggies nursie2b!! that seems to be my weekly grocery list, plus chicken breasts and skim milk.

Oh yes, Chicken breasts and Skim milk are staples for me so I had those in my fridge already. I can't wait to feel better!

How does everyone cook chicken breasts so they are tender and tasty? Any tips to a newbie cook????
