MONDAY
Did my 4.5 miles in 50:50 - very windy today and hard to get up the stamina to run against it. Went out late too (after 8am) and boy, was it hot - doesn't help the speed at all. But hey, at least I went!!!!:D

Did 30 minutes on the treadmill and over half was running at 4 mph. I was covered in sweat when I was done, and then I ate 2 small plums and drank a big glass of ice water!

THURSDAY
Finally got out there and walked! Did 4.5 miles in 51:28-ankles were burning, but I did it:D

My exersise this week!
Monday the 27th I worked out at the gym for 1 hour :D including weights and cardio. Tuesday I worked out for another hour just cardio:D. Wed and Thurs I was sick so no workout, but today it was very nice outside so I went for a walk for 1 hour :D
