HI everyone, I'm brand new to 3FC and an old follower of sugar busters. I was 167 at my heaviest, lost 35 pounds on Sugar Busters then had a baby. I am hovering at 139, doesn't seem bad, but felt my absolute best when I did Weight watchers and weighed 125. I felt so healthy and full of energy. My goal is to lose this last 14 pounds THIS year back on Sugar Busters. WW counting points did not work long term. I love the simplicity of Sugar Busters so I really want it to work this time! My mom is diabetic so this diet is wonderful for our family.
I will be starting the diet today. Does anyone have any recommendations for me to kick start my motivation level and maintain my strength from cheating?
