How about some sweet potato (the raw kind!)recipes? Does anyone have a 'french fry' recipe using sweet potatoes? Had some at a restaurant recently, and they were delicious!

There are quite a few SP RECIPES on the archived boards. I'm sure we have a recipe out there for sweet potatoe fries, if not, I know I have one here at home I could find and post. (will do a search later, have to get out the door). You can do a SEARCH if you'd like-just go ot the top of the boards where it says 3FC'S HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS FORUM and underneath, it says SEARCH, click on that. Put in SWEET POTATOES, and have it search only the SUGAR BUSTERS BOARDS-any of the recipe boards that pop up are the ones you want to look at. If you're looking for any other recipes in particular, let the board know, the gals are wonderful with the recipes!!
