Dneees Member Thread Starter Join Date: Jun 2000 Posts: 81	Body fat % calculations Is everyone aware that over on healthcentral.com, when you do a search for Fit or Fat - Covert BAiley has calculations to figure your body fat % (within 2 %, your lbs. of fat, LBM and even how to figure a resonable weight loss goal based on your LBM ? Just thought I'd share ! It's also all in his fairly new inexpensive book ($12.) called the Ultimate Fit or Fat. Enjoy ! Denise p.s. You will need to take some measurements with a tape measure.
