  • Monday- Woohoo!! I did the new Leslie Sansone 5 (yes, 5!) mile advanced walk!!
  • I did the Leslie Sansone 30 minute WATP - I managed to finish it all to-day. Saturday I could only manage 15 minutes of it.
  • Tuesday- Ramp it Up(strength and cardio-40 m)
  • This morning I walked at the mall for 30 minutes.

    This evening played badminton for about 40 minutes.
  • Wednesday- 3 mile WATP
  • Wednesday - 40 minute walk at the mall

    Badminton - 4 games - about 40 minutes
  • Morning - 35 minute walk at the mall plus the 10 minutes to walk there and back.
  • Thursday: Three games of bowling.
  • Saturday: 30 minute walk...took Kaeleb in the stroller. The weather is absolutely GORGEOUS here...about 60 and sunny! I did not even have to wear a jacket!
  • Had three games of badminton this afternoon. The weather is very mild here too. More like spring.
