Me: 195.5, down 1 pound from last week. Yay, finally a loss after two weeks of half pound gains. I think that turning one of the weekend days into a "diet" day is definitely going to be something I'm going to keep up. Right now I'm at the point of my monthly that I'm usually the heaviest, and I expect to be losing some water weight by next weigh in. Should be a good week then!

Hi Everyone...Well I just started my healthy program on 4-5-6, and as of yesterday 10 days in, I'm down 9 pounds...
