  • Yet another exciting installment of the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your offcial weigh in day rolls around.

    Me: 195.5, down 1 pound from last week. Yay, finally a loss after two weeks of half pound gains. I think that turning one of the weekend days into a "diet" day is definitely going to be something I'm going to keep up. Right now I'm at the point of my monthly that I'm usually the heaviest, and I expect to be losing some water weight by next weigh in. Should be a good week then!
  • Hi Tealeaf.....i'm sad to report no weight loss this week....at least i'm not reporting a weight gain with TOM!!! But i'm not going to be too down about it. I am wearing a beautiful black crochet tank top a size smaller than i would have picked up a month ago.....a size 12/14!!! I'll just try to be better next week than i apparently have been this week. Maybe i'll drop 2 pounds again next week??!!??!!
  • I weighed in today at 147!! down 2 pounds from last week and I made my easter goal a few days early!!
  • 17lbs to go Alaynna!! Thats great!! Today is not my weigh day.. thats on Monday but I did weigh today just to take a peak and I am down a lb.. maybe by Monday I will be down 2
  • I weighed in on wed. down 2 pounds from the week prior,, and strangely enough right before Tom.

  • I lost 2LBs.... Yeah!!!!!

    Here I was having that feeling yesterday that fat day feeling. Hmmmm maybe I was feeling that way because of the missing fat. HEHEHE. who knows.

  • woo hoo, down a pound and a half , so im back to where i was before dh came home from pldc...time to get into the 180's...they're sooo close!!
  • Down 3 more pounds this week! And that was after a rather bad week (evil, evil peanut butter cookies were involved). Now I wish I had been "on program" all week, I could have lost more! Fueled up for this week though!

  • Hi Everyone...Well I just started my healthy program on 4-5-6, and as of yesterday 10 days in, I'm down 9 pounds...

  • I haven't gotten to weigh in - as I just moved to a new house over Easter weekend (2 days!) - and most everything is still packed or missing.

    I will definately weigh in on my usual Saturday morning though.
