sometimes i wonder that myself. I can't believe I have actually lost 23 pounds. i am just eating less and moving more. I drink water allllllllll the time. i can't say I eat real clean, because it is such a foreign concept for me. but i don't fry anything. i do try to watch the amount of junk food i eat. when i eat it, i just make sure i eat a small portion. I am eating more fruit now than i have in years. even one apple a day is more than i used to eat. i am really cutting down on my portions. i barely even track my calories anymore because of time, but i know in my head that i am eating less. i eat 3 times a day with a snack in between lunch and dinner. and that snack is an apple. i don't allow myself to get to that point of feeling so full after i eat.
