Default YAY for happy weigh-in's!

Well, today was my official weigh-in, and I've dropped another 3 pounds since last week! Inches haven't changed much since then (predictably), but they have gone down very slightly. The other exciting news is that I'm feeling much stronger than I was a few weeks ago.

The most important part of this post, however, is this little NSV: with houseguests in town, I've managed to still manage my eating and exercise. I've eaten salads and such when we have to go out to dinner, and I got TONS of exercise over the past two days. Today I went shopping for junk food for my visiting friends, and I let them pick out whatever they wanted and I just bought my regular stuff. Tonight I plan to cook up a bunch of stuff that I can eat for the rest of the week while they're snacking on cookies/chips/etc.

Thanks for everyone's support here, and sorry I haven't been around much lately. It's hard to log on and check on everyone's progress very much while I'm so busy entertaining guests. Hope you're all having a great week!

Good job - it's so hard to keep eating healthy when everyone around you is munching on junk. Your willpower obvously paid off!

Great Job, I know it is harder with houseguest. I have this problem frequently too. I just let them have whatever they want, and I stick to my program and excuse myself while I do my treadmill each evening. Good Luck
