Default NSV-Jeans feeling looser

I was doing my morning walk and I had to keep pulling up my size 12 jeans. Literally, every few steps! It was so irritating until I suddenly thought "OHMIGAWWWD!" So when I got home, I gave them a tug and they slid right down off of my hips to my knees and they were ZIPPED!

I'm not sure if I'm quite ready to go down a size or just need a belt for a bit longer but either way, I'm feeling really great! I've only lost 9 pounds in total and that has come off kicking and screaming but I can feel a difference in shape and fullness (less fullness) of tummy and breasts. I think I need to find my cloth tape measure and find out what my inches are so I can use that to assess things as well as the scale.

Plus, I'm finding it easier and easier to make healthy choices about snacks and meals. I've even been known to say no to my husband lately when he asks if I want fish n chips for lunch!

This place is so amazing! I love the idea of women supporting, celebrating and upholding each other. Long live the Sisterhood!

CONGRATULATIONS!! what a great feeling that must have been! I especially like that you also said that it's easier now to make the better choices consistantly. That shows your good habits are in place now.

Way to go!

HOORAY for healthy habits and the benefits they give us. I would guess that if you can pull the zipped 12's down, you are ready for a new size!!!!!! Congratulations for your consistent work.

Ooooooooh! Tonight, my step-son and his girlfriend both asked if I had lost weight! It's the first time I've had someone comment who doesn't really know I'm trying to lose.

What a great day!
