I started my lifestyle change 4 weeks ago...and this morning on weigh in I had a TOTAL of 8 pounds lost!! I know most people lose alot of water weigh their first month so maybe my loss doesn't seem like alot, but I'm happy! I've lost exactly what I wanted to! I've been working hard cutting back calories everyday, so I feel I worked for it. Now I just have to do it 20 more times, lol! So, 4 weeks in and 8 pounds gone for good! Yay!!
"Doesn't seem like a lot"?! Since when does anyone turn away from a loss like that?! You should be very proud of yourself, because your hard work is obviously paying off.
