I guess this would be an NSV, although it's not neccesarily something that's easy to pin down: Has anyone else noticed that, as they gain more control over their eating habits, the effects spread to other areas of their lives? I didn't expect it, but I'm far better with money since I've started watching my eating, and I take better care of myself all around (enough water and vitamin, lots of sleep, etc.) This is a pleasant side effect - has anyone else experienced this?
Oh yeah....My money control is partially because I am broke, but I think I feel much more controlled. I am also happy because I am meeting goals, and looking happily at the future!
When I eat better, I always have more money. I always hear people complain that eating healthy is so expensive but when I'm not eating healthy, I'm wasting money on take-out. And I always do feel that everything else in my life just doesn't feel so chaotic anymore. And I'm not as stressed because I work all of that out when I exercise.
I have noticed this a lot, too. Last Monday I thoroughly cleaned and dusted my entire apt and have been really good at keeping it clean. Its a nice change--I always get depressed when my house is dirty!!
