Default The bag of clothes final fits!!!!
So, I had a GREAT moment at home this weekend that I forgot about, but I have to share. A few years ago(just to give you an idea of how long it's been) I lost a few pounds and went to Old Navy and bought some new clothes in a size 16 without even trying them on. Then I brought them home and oops, they didn't fit yet. Oh well, no worries, a few more pounds and they will fit fine...Well, they went in a plastic bag that has been under my bed, in my closet and a few other different places since that time, and I would occasionally pull them out and try them on, to no avail. So, this weekend I was cleaing out my closet and was think about storing some things under my bed...Hmmmm...what is this bag....Oh my god, it's my bag o' small clothes. One by one I tried them on, and one by one they zipped with ease. It was one of those moments where every second at the gym is worth it, and I could never eat a cookie again. I am so proud of myself and I am so happy I kept the clothes. I can only imagine what slipping into a 14, 12 and final a 10 will feel like. I can't wait! Just last night I was starting to wain and think about cheating. Sometimes it takes a reminder to keep you on track.

oooh, i'm so jeolouse!!! but soooo happy for you too. (please excuse the misspelling!!!) that is awesome. i know that felt really good to finally try them on and them slide right on!! congrats!!!

Congrats! I just had an 'at-home fashion show' myself.

The best part is that in a little while, we can put aside our new 'old' clothes and buy new smaller 'new' clothes' - if that makes sense

I love that feeling! I have some of those clothes in a dress pant, size 10/12 that I bought and didn't try on. They are beautiful and would be great for work ... I can't wait to be able to post like you did

Oh yay, that is wonderful!! Happy you!!!

I have a huge closetful of nice clothes, many of which I have never worn, which I got at yard sales or super discounts when I was losing weight before and planning to get into them.... I will NOT get rid of them LOL. Someday I will WEAR them!
