I have lost 2 pds....YES! What a motovater!!! Only my first week. I was gaining a few pds earlier but it was as I thought, TOM weight. So no worries. I have cut out pop completely, eating healthy, fruits & vegies, counting calories, going to curves, and I also do Dance Dance revolution @ home. Thank you everyone for all the support so far. This site is awsome! I can't say it enough.

Congrats! DDR is a fun way to exercise. I became really good at it after playing it for five years now. I can pass most songs on heavy mode. Whoo Keep up the good work!!!
I've only done DDR in the arcade (yes, I was brave enough to do it in public!). What a workout! I've been really tempted to get it for home! I have a friend who swears by it!
