Thanks everyone! I have a bit more of a NSV, but don't want to start a new thread - I did 10 pushups in a row tonight... a month ago I struggled to do 3 in a row, and i can tackle 10 now!!!
My body feels different... I crouched down to get something before getting into the shower, and noticed that i can bend my legs more than I used to be able to, due to less junk in the trunk! I'm not jiggling as much.
Oh, and instead of turning to food tonight, I shaved my legs, gave myself a pedi, and plucked my eyebrows, so now I feel much better than I EVER would by eating!
